Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Happy Endpoint ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, APIs, and datasets, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you send us a message, we store the name, email, subject, and body you provide, solely to respond.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, request path) for 30 days for security and debugging.
- Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. No cross-site tracking.
Information we do NOT collect
We don't use advertising cookies, we don't sell user data, and we don't track you across the internet.
API & dataset usage
When you subscribe to an API on RapidAPI, RapidAPI's privacy policy applies to your account, key, and billing data. When you purchase a dataset, we retain proof-of-purchase for accounting.
Data in our datasets
Our APIs and datasets surface publicly available data from source platforms. We don't target personal information. Where incidental PII appears (e.g. a publicly listed agent contact on a real-estate listing), we treat it the same as the source platform does. If you believe personal data about you appears inappropriately in our datasets, email us and we'll investigate.
Third parties
We use Cloudflare Pages for hosting and RapidAPI as our product marketplace. These services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you interact with them.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your contact-form submission at any time. Email us at happyendpointhq@gmail.com.
Changes
If we materially change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
